代币兑换率查询

代币兑换，获取代币兑换率接口与请求参数，实际上与注入流动池是相同的

通过以下接口可以获取到当前选择代币的兑换率以及当前流动池池子的总数。这个接口在兑换中的主要作用为：

• 给用户展示兑换率

• 用于计算预估可兑换数量

1、如果提示 LiquidPair no found，说明这个币对没有流动池。

2、RUNES, BRC20, ARC20 查询接口相同，send_coin_type / receive_coin_type 不同
